The Fixman Goldstar Advanced Screws(4x50mm, 200 Pack) are high-performance fasteners designed to make your woodworking and construction projects more efficient. These Type 17 screwsfeature super-sharp points, significantly reducing the need for pre-drilling while ensuring a clean finish thanks to their self-countersinking cutting nibs and flat head design.

The deep, sharp threads are engineered to cut effortlessly through fibrous materials, minimising the torque required during installation. An advanced lubrication systemensures smooth driving, requiring almost half the torque of conventional screws. Additionally, knurled shank ribs further reduce installation torque, helping to prevent wood splitting, clean the hole, and avoid jacking when joining timber pieces.

Equipped with a star drive recess, these screws offer superior resistance to cam-out and end load, providing twice the drive torqueof Pozi or square drive screws.
